After dissolving 1-N-Boc-4-aminomethylpiperidine (869 mg, 4.06 mmol) in acetonitrile (10 mL), a solution of thiocarbonyldiimidazole (794 mg, 4.46 mmol) and imidazole (82.9 mg, 1.22 mmol) in acetonitrile (15 mL) was added dropwise in an ice bath, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. After then adding 2-(2-aminophenyl)acetamide (670 mg, 4.46 mmol) thereto, the mixture was stirred overnight at 60° C. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (methylene chloride/methanol=65:1→49:1) to obtain the title compound.
