Procedure

To 3-chlorobenzenesulfonyl chloride (43.4 mg, 0.205 mmol) in 1.0 mL pyridine was added 3-(2-chloro-phenyl)-1H-indazol-6-ylamine (50.0 mg, 0.205 mmol). The solution was heated to 120° C. and stirred for one hour, then cooled and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was chromatographed through silica gel (hexanes/EtOAc 0-30%) to give 51.0 mg of 3-Chloro-N-[3-(2-chloro-phenyl)-1H-indazol-6-yl]-benzenesulfonamide, MP=187-189° C., MS (M+H)=419.
