A solution of Example 24A (16 mg, 0.023 mmol) in methanol (0.4 mL) and 1N NaHCO3 (0.12 mL) was stirred at 25° C. for 1 h. The solution was concentrated in vacuo. Column chromatography on silica (5% methanol/dichloromethane) afforded the title compound (12 mg, 80%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.31-0.55 (m, 1H), 0.64 (dd, J=15.07, 6.62 Hz, 6H), 0.93-1.10 (m, 1H), 1.22-1.37 (m, 1H), 2.08 (s, 3H) 2.18-2.42 (m, 2H), 3.04 (s, 3H), 5.16-5.41 (m, 2H), 7.26-7.65 (m, 11H), 8.06 (d, 1H), 10.11 (s, 1H), 14.24 (br. s, 1H); MS m/z 666.4 (M+H)+.
