To a solution of the product of Example 98 (7 mg, 0.01 mmol) in ethyl acetate (0.5 mL) was added 10% Pd/C (2 mg). The mixture was stirred under H2 atmosphere for 1 h and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo. Column chromatography on silica (3% methanol/dichloromethane) afforded the title compound as a yellow solid (4 mg, 57%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.38-0.55 (m, 1H), 0.66 (s, 9H), 0.99-1.14 (m, 1H), 1.86-2.03 (m, 1H), 2.17-2.37 (m, 1H), 3.02 (s, 3H), 3.45-3.57 (m, 1H), 6.55 (t, J=6.25 Hz, 1H), 6.72 (d, J=7.72 Hz, 1H), 6.92 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 1H), 7.00-7.77 (m, 6H), 7.90-8.01 (m, 1H), 8.20 (d, J=6.62 Hz, 1H), 9.97 (s, 1H), 13.90 (s, 1H); MS m/z 638.3 (M+H)+.
