A suspension of the product of Example 116, 7-(2-dimethylamino-pyrimidin-5-yl)-2-(3-isopropyl-ureido)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (0.149 g, 0.361 mmol) in ethylamine (2 mL of a 70% aqueous solution) was treated with imidazole (2 g) and heated to 100° C. for 1 min until it became a homogeneous solution. The reaction was cooled to 23° C. and diluted with water (15 mL). The precipitated solid was collected by vacuum filtration then dried in vacuo to give 7-(2-dimethylamino-pyrimidin-5-yl)-2-(3-isopropyl-ureido)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridine-5-carboxylic acid ethylamide. MS (APCI+)=412.2
