Reaction Steps

The product of Step 1 (240 mg, 0.79 mmol) was taken up in DMF (2 mL) to which was added TosNCO (0.31 g, 1.6 mmol) all at once. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h whereon a 2 M solution of H2NEt (3 mL, 6 mmol) in THF was added. The homogeneous solution was microwaved at 100° C. for 10 min. On cooling, SiO2 was added and the solvent was removed. Column chromatography afforded the title compound. MS m/z 374 (M+H+).
