Using an adaptation of the method described in Procedure 1, substituting 3-(1-benzylpiperidin-4-ylamino)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester, 2l for 2-bromophenol, and N,N-diethyl-4-fluoro-3-nitrobenzamide for 3-fluoro-4-nitrobenzonitrile, the title compound 10-(1-benzylpiperidin-4-yl)-7-diethylcarbamoyl-10H-phenoxazine-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester, 3l was obtained.
