To a solution of example 26 (1.1 g, 2.17 mmol) in THF/ethanol (1/1) was added 1N NaOH (10 mmol, 4.6 eq). The resulting mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 1.5 hour, and after cooling at room temperature 1N HCl (10 mmol, 4.6 eq) was added. The resulting mixture was concentrated in vacuo, and the residue was sonicated in water/EtOH. The resulting solid was filtered off and washed with water, diluted HCl, and water to give the title compound (680 mg, 1.38 mmol) in a 64% yield as a white powder.
