To a solution of 4-(2-fluoro-4-nitrophenoxy)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-6-yl ethylcarbamate (12.5 mg, 0.033 mmol) in ethanol (2 mL) was added Zn (20 mg, 0.3 mmol) and NH4Cl (20 mg, 0.37 mmol). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 1 h, filtered through Celite® and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (8 mg, 70%) as a white solid.
