Procedure
This compound was obtained according to the same procedure as that described in Example 207, by sulphonylation of ethyl 3-(4-amino-3-methoxybenzoyl)-2-methylindolizin-1-ylcarboxylate, a compound of Example 97, with methanesulphonyl chloride. The product is purified by chromatography on a silica column, eluting with a toluene/ethyl acetate (8:2) mixture. A yellow powder is obtained.
