The title compound of Step B was prepared following the procedure described in Step B of Example 1 from {3-[(4-butyl-benzylamino)- methyl]-phenyl}-acetic acid methyl ester, prepared in Step A of Example 9, and 1-methyl-1H-imidazole-4-sulfonyl chloride. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 747 (s, 1H), 7.34 (s, 1H), 7.18-7.02 (m, 8H), 4.38 (s, 4H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.68 (s, 3H), 3.52 (s, 2H), 2.55 (t, 2H), 1.55 (m, 2H), 1.32 (m, 2H), 0.91 (t, 3H); MS 470 (M+1).
