The title compound of Step δ was prepared from 3-(3-aminomethyl-phenyl)-2-methyl-propionic acid methyl ester of Step C and 4-pyrazol-1-yl-benzaldehyde, of Preparation 42, using the method described in Example 1, Step A, except no base was used. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.90 (m, 1H), 7.66 (m, 3H), 7.41 (m, 2H), 7.24-7.02 (m, 4H), 6.45 (m, 1H), 3.81 (s, 2H), 3.77 (s, 2H), 3.61 (s, 3H), 3.01 (dd, 1H), 2.76-2.60 (m, 2H), 1.14 (d, 3H); MS 364 (M+1).
