The title compound of Step E was prepared from 2-methyl-3-{3-[(4-pyrazol-1-yl-benzylamino)-methyl]-phenyl}-propionic acid methyl ester of Step δ and benzenesulfonyl chloride, following the method described in Example 1, Step B using triethylamine in place of N,N-diisopropylethylamine and with a reaction time of 4 h. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.87 (m, 3H), 7.69 (m, 1H), 7.61 (m, 1H), 7.54 (m, 4H), 7.10 (m, 3H), 6.98 (d, 1H), 6.85 (d, 1H), 6.75 (s, 1H), 6.44 (m, 1H), 4.31 (s, 2H), 4.29 (s, 2H), 3.61 (s, 3H), 2.87 (dd, 1H), 2.61-2.47 (m, 2H), 1.06 (d, 3H); MS 504 (M+1).
