To an evacuated flask containing palladium on carbon [50% water by weight] was added a solution of (1R)-2-{[6-({4-[3-(cyclopentylsulfonyl)phenyl]butyl}oxy)hexyl]amino)-1-{3-fluoro-4-[(phenylmethyl)oxy]phenyl}ethanol (37 mg) in EtOAc (8 ml) and AcOH (2 ml). The reaction mixture was hydrogenated for 4 h. The catalyst was filtered off and the filtrate concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound. LCMS RT=2.60 min 535(M+H)+
