To a stirred solution of the product of Example 273 (116 mg, 0.15 mmol) in anhydrous DCM (6 mL) was added TFA (3 mL) at 0° C. The reaction mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 30 min, then at ambient temperature for 14 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo, and the residue was purified by reverse-phase HPLC (C18 column), eluting with 0.05% TFA in MeCN—H2O (1:9 to 9:1) to afford the title compound (25 mg, 30%) as a yellow solid. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 9.65 (1H, s), 7.72 (1H, d), 7.48 (1H, d), 7.41-7.25 (8H, m), 7.15 (1H, d), 6.65 (1H, d), 5.14 (2H, s), 3.84 (3H, s), 3.07 (2H, m), 1.01 (3H, t); MS(ESI): 555 (MH+).
