A solution of the product of Example 286D (0.166 g) in methanol:dichloromethane (2 mL, 3:2) at 0° C. was treated with concentrated HCl (1 mL). The mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 30 min and partitioned into sat NaHCO3 and dichloromethane. The organic layer was separated and dried over NaSO4, filtered, and the solvents were evaporated. The residue was purified using 4% methanol/chloroform to give 69 mg (56%) of the title compound.
