Procedure

Anhydrous ethylamine is reacted with N-cyanoN'-[2-(2-pyrazinylmethylthio)ethyl]- S-methylisothiourea by the procedure of Example 4 to give N-cyano-N'-ethyl-N"[2-(2-pyrazinylmethylthio)ethyl]guanidine.
