Procedure

Reaction of N-methyl-N' -[2-(3-isoxazolylmethylthio)ethyl] thiourea with lead cyanamide by the procedure of Example 121 gives N-cyano-N' -methyl-N" -[2-(3-isoxazolylmethylthio)ethyl]guanidine.
