Reaction Steps

6-(4-Bromo-2-chloro-phenylamino)-7-fluoro-3H-benzoimidazole-5-carbaldehyde 10f is treated with tributyl-methoxymethoxymethyl-stannane according to the procedure described in Example 42, Step A to yield compound 10l. MS APCI (+) m/z 444, 446 (M+, Br pattern) detected.
