To a solution of ethyl 3-[(2-bromoethyl)oxy]benzoate D46 (200 mg) and (3R)-3-fluoropyrrolidine (129 mg, 1.025 mmol) in Acetonitrile (10 ml) was added K2CO3 (213 mg, 1.538 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 60° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was filtered and the filtrate was concentrated to give the expected product D48 in 220 mg. LCMS: rt=1.63 min, M+H=282.1 (5 min run)
