Reaction Steps
2-(1-Phenyl-cyclopentyl)-acetamidine HCl salt (26-01) (4.2 g, 77.7%) was synthesized from (1-phenyl-cyclopentyl)-acetonitrile (25-01) (4.2 g, 22.703 mmol) as a white gummy solid as a crude product following the procedure as described for 2-(2′-chloro-biphenyl-2-yl)-acetamidine hydrochloride salt (5-02).
