This compound was prepared following the same method as described for 5-benzyloxy-6-hydroxy-2-(1-phenyl-cyclopentylmethyl)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid cyclopropyl-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amide (285) from 5-benzyloxy-6-hydroxy-2-(1-phenyl-cyclopentylmethyl)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid [2-(tert-butyl-dimethylsilanyloxy)-ethyl]-(4-fluoro-benzyl)-amide (312) (146 mg, 0.22 mmol). The product was obtained as colourless sticky solid (116 mg, 95.66%).
