This compound was prepared by following the same method as described for pure 9-hydroxy-6-(1-naphthalen-1-yl-cyclopentylmethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazino[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,8-dione (349) from 9-benzyloxy-2-cyclopropylmethyl-6-(1-naphthalen-1-yl-cyclopentylmethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazino[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,8-dione (360) (100 mg, 0.19 mmol). The yield was 42 mg, 51%, of a white solid.
