This compound was prepared following the same method as described for 5-benzyloxy-6-hydroxy-2-(1-naphthalen-1-yl-cyclopentylmethyl)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid [2-(tert-butyl-dimethylsilanyloxy)-ethyl]-methyl-amide (350) from 5-benzyloxy-6-hydroxy-2-(1-naphthalen-1-yl-cyclopentylmethyl)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid (345) (300 mg, 0.66 mmol) and [2-(tert-butyl-dimethylsilanyloxy)-ethyl]-(tetrahydro-pyran-4-yl)-amine (8j) (257 mg, 0.99 mmol). The yield was 320 mg, 70%, of a colorless sticky mass.
