This compound was prepared by following the same method as described for pure 9-hydroxy-6-(1-naphthalen-1-yl-cyclopentylmethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazino[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,8-dione (349) from 9-benzyloxy-6-(1-naphthalen-1-yl-cyclopentylmethyl)-2-(tetrahydro-pyran-4-yl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazino[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,8-dione (368) (85 mg, 0.15 mmol). The yield was 55 mg, 77%, of a white solid.
