Prepared as in Example 21c from ethynylcyclohexane and 2-amino-6-bromobenzonitrile as a brown oil (100%). 1H NR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.24-1.77 (m, 10H), 2.70 (m, 1H), 6.13 (s, 2H), 6.64 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.74 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.22 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H). MS 225 (MH+).
