Prepared as in Example 24a from 4-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexanecarboxylic acid and propan-2-amine as a colorless oil (57%). 1H NR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.00 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 6H), 1.22-2.08 (m, 9H), 2.12 (m, 1H), 3.28 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 3.79 (m, 1H), 4.34 (s, 1H), 7.43 (s, 1H). MS 200 (MH+).
