Reaction Steps

Compound 19B (40 mg, 0.05 mmol) was dissolved in 2 mL of THF and to it was added 1 mL of 6N HCl. The mixtures was stirred at ambient temperature for 16 hours and then extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was separated, washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by reverse phase HPLC eluting with acetonitrile/water (with 0.1% TFA) to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.21 (s, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.46 (s, 1H), 7.33 (m, 1H), 7.30-7.18 (m, 1H), 7.11 (d, J=11.0 Hz, 1H), 6.98 (m, 1H), 6.78 (t, J=53.6 Hz, 1H), 6.58 (m, 1H), 6.20 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2H), 5.37 (d, J=7.4 Hz, 1H), 5.11-4.89 (m, 2H), 4.22-3.98 (m, 4H), 2.83 (m, 2H), 2.54 (m, 8H). MS (m/z) 754.11 [M+H]+.
