To polymer-supported IBX (Novabiochem, 1.1 mmol/g; 300 mg, 0.330 mmol) dichloromethane (5 ml) was added and the mixture was left for 10 min. Then N-(3-hydroxy-4-(methoxyamino)-4-oxo-1-phenylbutan-2-yl)-2-(4-methyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinamide (77 mg, 0.159 mmol) in 10 ml of dichloromethane was added and the mixture was shaken for 1 day at room temperature. Additional portions of the polymer-supported IBX were added after 2 days and 3 days (120 mg, 0.132 mmol and 100 mg, 0.110 mmol). After 4 days the mixture was filtered off, evaporated under reduced pressure and the crude product purified via chromatography on silica gel (eluent: CH2Cl2+2-4% (v/v) methanol). After evaporation of the combined product fractions 45 mg of an amorphous solid were obtained. ESI-MS [M+H]+: 484.2
