Procedure
The title compound was prepared in a manner analogous to Example 1, except that 2-(4-cyclopropyl-2-methoxyphenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane (Intermediate W) was used in place of (2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)boronic acid and 5-chloro-N-(1,2,4-thiadiazol-5-yl)-3,4-dihydro-2,6-naphthyridine-2(1H)-sulfonamide (Intermediate V) was used in place of 5-bromo-N-(1,2,4-thiadiazol-5-yl)-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline-2(1H)-sulfonamide. [M+H]+=444.0 1H NMR (400 MHz, Acetone-d6) δ ppm: 8.35 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.12-8.17 (m, 1H), 7.10 (d, J=5.1 Hz, 1H), 7.05 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 6.82 (d, J=1.6 Hz, 1H), 6.74 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 4.28-4.43 (m, 2H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 3.43-3.56 (m, 1H), 2.79-3.22 (br. m, 2H), 2.38-2.52 (br. m, 1H), 1.94-2.02 (m, 1H), 0.93-1.03 (m, 2H), 0.71-0.81 (m, 2H)
