The title compound was synthesized from a mixture of (±)-2-((5,7-dimethyl-1-tosyl-1H-indol-4-yl)(ethoxy)methyl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-5-carbonitrile and (±)-2-((5,7-dimethyl-1-tosyl-1H-indol-4-yl)(ethoxy)methyl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-6-carbonitrile as described in Example 64-B and 64-C. 1H NMR (TFA salt, 400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 10.96 (br.s, 1H) 7.98 (s, 1H) 7.65 (d, J=8.25 Hz, 1H) 7.55 (m, 1H) 7.21 (t, J=2.78 Hz, 1H) 6.74 (s, 1H) 6.56 (dd, J=2.78, 2.02 Hz, 1H) 6.30 (s, 1H) 3.56-3.64 (m, 1H) 3.42-3.50 (m, 1H) 2.42 (s, 3H) 2.41 (s, 3H) 1.22 (t, J=6.95 Hz, 3H).
