Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in a manner analogous to Intermediate 41, substituting 2-iodo-benzoic acid for 5-fluoro-2-iodo-benzoic acid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD): 7.91 (s, 2H), 7.85-7.82 (m, 1H), 7.75 (dd, J=8.1, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.69 (td, J=7.7, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.60-7.55 (m, 1H).
