The reaction of 9-fluoro-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-1H-2,5-ethanoazepino[4,3-b]indole (230 mg, 1.0 mmol; Example 161) and 2-bromo-6-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine (336 mg, 1.5 mmol; Maybridge) was performed as described in Example 68 to afford the title compound: 1H NMR (300 MHz, methanol-d4) δ ppm 1.99-2.14 (m, 2H) 2.15-2.30 (m, 2H) 3.09-3.29 (m, 5H) 4.29 (s, 2H) 6.52-6.57 (m, 1H) 6.90 (td, J=9, 3 Hz, 1H) 7.11 (dd, J=9, 3 Hz, 1H) 7.37 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H) 7.43 (dd, J=9, 4 Hz, 1H) 7.80 (s, 1H) 7.97 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H) 8.16 (t, J=8 Hz, 1H) 8.50 (d, J=3 Hz, 1H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 374 (M+H)+.
