The reaction of 9-fluoro-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-1H-2,5-ethanoazepino[4,3-b]indole (230 mg, 1.0 mmol; Example 161) and 6-bromo-2-methylquinoline (333 mg, 1.5 mmol; Oakwood) was performed as described in Example 68 to afford the title compound: 1H NMR (300 MHz, methanol-d4) δ ppm 1.94-2.20 (m, 4H) 2.78 (s, 3H) 2.89-2.96 (m, 1H) 3.08-3.30 (m, 4H) 4.30 (s, 2H) 6.84 (td, J=9, 2 Hz, 1H) 7.04 (dd, J=9, 4 Hz, 1H) 7.11 (dd, J=9, 3 Hz, 1H) 7.54 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H) 7.67 (dd, J=9, 2 Hz, 1H) 7.90 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H) 8.14 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H) 8.33 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 372 (M+H)+.
