Reaction Steps
(1R,3S)-3-Amino-N-(4-(4-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)pyridin-2-yl)cyclopentanecarboxamide was prepared according to Method C using tert-Butyl (1S,3R)-3-(4-(4-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)pyridin-2-ylcarbamoyl)cyclopentylcarbamate (1.00 g, 2.33 mmol), TFA (2 ml) in DCM (6 ml) starting at 0° C. which was allowed to warm up to room temperature and stirred for 2 h.
