The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 91 following Step 5 and 6 by coupling (3-(4-bromophenyl)isothiazol-4-yl)methyl methanesulfonate and ethyl 3-(3,5-difluoro-4-hydroxyphenyl)propanoate followed by hydrolysis to afford the desired product as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.76 (s, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=6.8 Hz, 2H), 6.76 (d, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 5.15 (s, 2H), 2.92 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 2.68 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H).
