The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 1 following Steps 5 and 6 by coupling of (3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)isothiazol-4-yl)methanol and (E)-ethyl 3-(2,3-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylate then hydrolysis to afford the desired product as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.68 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 7.55 (d, J=11.5 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 6.96 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 6.62 (d, J=12.0 Hz, 1H), 5.08 (s, 2H), 2.21 (s, 3H), 1.95 (s, 3H).
