The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 156 following Step 2 by LAH reduction of ethyl 3-(4-((3-chloro-5-(4-ethylphenyl)isothiazol-4-yl)methoxy)-2,3-difluorophenyl)propanoate to afford the desired product as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.48 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.35 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 6.86 (t, J=9.0 Hz, 2H), 6.77 (t, J=9.2 Hz, 2H), 5.01 (s, 2H), 3.69 (t, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 2.75 (m, 4H), 1.88 (m, 2H), 1.52 (br, s, 1H), 1.26 (t, J=9.0 Hz, 3H).
