The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 223 by LAH reduction of ethyl 3-(4-((4-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)thiophen-3-yl) methoxy)-3,5-difluorophenyl)propanoate to give the desired product as off-white oil. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.35 (s, 1H), 7.08 (s, 1H), 7.02 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 6.87 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 6.75 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 6.02 9s, 2H), 5.11 (s, 2H), 3.67 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 2.66 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 2H), 1.86 (m, 2H), 1.55 (br, s, 1H).
