The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 223 by LAH reduction of ethyl 3-(4-((4-(2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)thiophen-3-yl)methoxy)-3,5-difluorophenyl)propanoate to give the desired product as off-white oil. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.42 (s, 1H), 7.3 (s, 1H), 7.26 (m, 1H), 6.82 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 6.72 (d, J=9.5 Hz, 2H), 5.04 (s, 2H), 4.62 (t, J=10.5 Hz, 2H), 3.68 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 3.25 (t, J=10.2 Hz, 2H), 2.65 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 1.84 (m, 2H), 1.55 (br, s, 1H).
