The title compound was prepared with similar methods to those for ethyl 3-(1-(4-bromobenzyl)-5-(quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-2,2-dimethylpropanoate using 2-(chloromethyl)-6-fluoroquinoline and similar methods described in Example 26. MS (ESI): mass calcd. for C29H25BrFN3O3, 561.11; m/z found, 562.0 [M+H]+. (500 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.35 (d, J=8.6, 1H), 8.13-8.04 (m, 1H), 7.74 (d, J=8.6, 1H), 7.67-7.57 (m, 2H), 7.55-7.43 (m, 3H), 7.35 (d, J=2.2, 1H), 7.26 (dd, J=9.1, 2.4, 1H), 7.12 (d, J=8.5, 2H), 5.73 (s, 2H), 5.45 (s, 2H), 3.42 (s, 2H), 1.38 (s, 6H).
