Reaction Steps

To a solution of compound 17-H (0.004 g, 0.007 mmol) in acetonitrile (0.4 mL) was added diisobutylamine (0.009 g, 0.071 mmol) and the reaction mixture was heated at 80° C. for 18 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography, eluting with a hexanes-EtOAc gradient to give Compound 106 as a white solid (0.004 g, 97%); MS m/z (M+H+) 609.
