Following general procedure I, 2-(4,6-dichloro-1,5-naphthyridin-3-yl)-2-oxoethyl acetate (101 mg, 0.33 mmol) was reacted with trans-4-[(dimethylamino)methyl]cyclohexan amine (67 mg, 0.43 mmol) to afford the desired product (90 mg, 65%) as an off-white solid.
