Following the general procedure for the preparation of I-3b above, 2-chloro-6-(6-fluoro-pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)-pyrazine (100 mg, 0.42 mmol) and piperazine (360 mg, 4.17 mmol) were reacted to give the title compound (3-B). The crude material was purified by preparative TLC using 5% methanol/methylene chloride with 1% NH4OH as the eluant to yield 23 mg of the title product (3-B).
