Reaction Steps
In N,N-dimethylformamide, 2-(4-chlorocinnamyl)-4-ethoxycarbonylamino-6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2H-pyridazin-3-one (100 mg) was stirred at 80° C. for 1 hour in the presence of methyl iodide and potassium carbonate. The procedures of Example 1 were then repeated likewise, whereby the title compound (92 mg, 89.2%) was obtained.
