4.5 g (11.2 mmol) of 3-[3-(t-butoxycarbonylamino)propoxy]-4-iodobenzonitrile was dissolved in 20 ml of DMF. 6.0 ml (56 mmol) of ethyl acrylate, 6.2 ml (56 mmol) of triethylamine and 56 mg (0.22 mmol) of palladium acetate were added to the obtained solution, and they were stirred at 100° C. overnight. After the treatment with ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent in an ordinary manner, the obtained crude product was purified by the silica gel column chromatography to obtain the title compound.
