With a method similar to that used for the preparation of 4-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2H-[1,2′]bipyridinyl-5′-carboxylic acid (5-methyl-4-phenyl-thiazol-2-yl)-amide, methyl-[5′-(5-methyl-4-phenyl-thiazol-2-ylcarbamoyl)-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2H-[1,2′]bipyridinyl-4-yl]-carbamic acid tent-butyl ester was prepared from 6-chloro-N-(5-methyl-4-phenyl-thiazol-2-yl)-nicotinamide and methyl-piperidin-4-yl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester.
