Reaction Steps
4-{4-[5-(3-tert-Butyl-phenylcarbamoyl)-pyridin-2-yl]-piperazin-1-yl}-benzoic acid tert-butyl ester was synthesized from N-(3-tert-butyl-phenyl)-6-piperazin-1-yl-nicotinamide and 4-bromo benzoic acid tert-butyl ester in a manner similar to the one described in the synthesis of 4-{4-[4-(3-tert-butyl-phenylcarbamoyl)-2-fluoro-phenyl]-piperazin-1-yl}-benzoic acid above. LCMS calcd for C31H38N4O3 (m/e) 514, obsd 515 (M+H).
