Reaction Steps
4-{4-[6-(Cyclopropyl-methyl-amino)-pyridin-3-ylcarbamoyl]-phenyl}-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester was synthesized from 4-(4-carboxy-phenyl)-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and N-2-cyclopropyl-N2-methyl-pyridine-2,5-diamine in a manner similar to the one described in the synthesis of 4-[4-(3-tert-butyl-phenylcarbamoyl)-phenyl]-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester, above. LCMS calcd for C25H33N5O3 (m/e) 451, obsd 452 (M+H).
