Compound 7.5 (50 mg, 0.11 mmol) was dissolved in 5 mL NH4OH and stirred under N2 for overnight. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was subjected to reverse phase HPLC eluting with 0-25% CH3CN in water to give compound 7.6 (22 mg, 57% yield). 1HNMR (300 MHz, D2O) δ 4.24-4.27 (m, 1H), 4.69-4.71 (m, 1H), 4.96 (m, 1H), 5.54-5.68 (m, 1H), 5.97 (d, 1H, J=4.8), 8.11 (s, 1H), 8.21 (s, 1H). LRMS [M−H]− C11H13FN5O6P requires 361.1. Found 361.5.
